Senior Enterprise Implementation Manager

About the role

We're looking for an Enterprise Implementation leader to join our team and help build the foundation for how we onboard and support customers. From the moment a deal closes, you'll own the customer journey - designing onboarding experiences, configuring solutions, and ensuring our product drives immediate value. You'll work side-by-side with customers to understand their workflows, translate needs into product setups, and guide them through successful adoption.
