Position Overview United Health Services (UHS) is seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for a full time Monday-Friday, Family Medicine Provider Float position. 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. This position will have a home base at our UHS Primary Care Windsor site and travel would be limited to assigned practices within a 30-mile radius of the home base practice- Windsor, Vestal, and Deposit Medical Centers.
