A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a Senior Advisor - Safety, Wellbeing & Environment reporting to Senior Manager SWE Governance A bit about your role The Senior Advisor - Safety, Wellbeing & Environment role provides specialist support to embed and maintain safety, wellbeing, and environmental practices across Field Services by partnering with operational teams to manage risk and promote safe ways of working. It supports the implementation of frameworks, policies, and procedures, conducts risk assessments and incident investigations, and ensures effective controls are in place. The role also analyses performance data to identify trends, provides practical advice to support decision-making, and contributes to building capability and continuous improvement to achieve a safe and compliant working environment. A bit about you The ideal candidate brings strong operational experience in safety, wellbeing, and environment advisory roles, with deep expertise in risk management and assurance practices. You are confident leading investigations and improvement initiatives and can engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels through clear communication and influencing skills. The role benefits from experience in building capability through training and continuous improvement, with a focus on embedding practical, effective safety outcomes across operations.
