Location: 800 Philadelphia Street Indiana, Pa 15701 Hours: Monday - Friday: 8AM-5PM (Additional hours as necessary to meet the objectives of the department) Function : The Paraplanner provides critical technical and analytical support to Financial Advisors within the Financial Services division. This unlicensed position focuses on data analysis, financial plan preparation, research, and documentation support-without delivering direct investment advice or recommendations to clients. The successful candidate will hold a certification such as the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional (FPQP®) and thrive in a collaborative, detail-focused environment. Duties and Responsibilities: Gather, organize, and analyze client financial information (e.g., balance sheets, tax returns, investment statements, insurance policies). Enter data into financial planning software to create scenarios, including cash flow projections, retirement planning, risk analysis, and investment modeling. Prepare comprehensive financial plans, reports, illustrations, and supporting materials for licensed Financial Advisors' review. Research investment products, tax strategies, estate planning options, and market trends to inform plan development. Assist with portfolio performance reviews, required minimum distributions (RMDs), and transaction tracking. Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with bank policies and regulatory standards. Prepare materials for client meetings, including agendas, notes, and follow-up items. Collaborate with the team to update plans in response to client changes or market conditions. Handle administrative tasks related to planning processes, such as coordination and software maintenance. Perform additional duties as required. Education: Requires a four-year college degree or equivalent. Finance, Business Management, Economics preferred. Required to Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional or a Chartered Financial Planner Designation. To be obtained after hire Securities Licenses- Series 7, 65.
