Qualifications Students or recent graduates in relevant fields, depending on the department (e.g. Business, Finance, HR, Education, Engineering, Design, etc.) Basic understanding of the relevant functional area Familiarity with standard tools (e.g. MS Office; design or technical tools where applicable) Skills & Competencies Strong organisation and attention to detail Good communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to work independently and in a team Proactive attitude and willingness to learn Adaptability in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment Professionalism and sense of responsibility Additional Requirements Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information appropriately Good command of English Reliability and commitment to the agreed internship period Nice to Have (Tailored to Departments) Basic knowledge of accounting or finance principles (for Accounting roles) Interest in HR practices and people management (for HR roles) Familiarity with educational tools, coding, or robotics (for Education roles) Experience or interest in design, fabrication, or prototyping tools (for Makerspace roles) Creativity, curiosity, and a hands-on mindset Internship Objective Gain practical, hands-on experience in a professional environment Develop functional and transferable skills relevant to the chosen field Contribute to real tasks and projects, not just observation Build confidence in workplace collaboration and communication Understand how different departments operate within an innovation-driven organisation Submit your application online and include: Your preferred department Your availability and desired internship duration We welcome applications from individuals who are eager to learn, collaborate, and make an impact.
