Responsibilities
Servicing all aspects of client accounts, including policy changes, cancellations, account updates, payments, etc.
Account review for coverage changes and add new coverages to suit the client's needs
Protect retention for the agency and overall satisfaction to the client by transferring existing clients to sales as needed
Prepare all necessary paperwork, including but not limited to; applications, change requests and proper disclosures
Developing strong relationships with clients and carriers
Answer incoming calls & emails
Identify and assess customers' need to achieve satisfaction
Enter activities for all interaction with clients and carrier personnel, completed tasks and documents received in AMS360 management system
Perform special projects and other duties as assigned by management
Account round by cross selling additional lines of business
What You Need to Succeed
Required
Proven customer support experience or experience as a customer service representative
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Proficient in all Microsoft office applications
Strong attention to detail with time management and decision-making skills
Working comfortably in a high-volume work environment
