Lead and evolve the cluster's go-to-market strategy, identifying growth opportunities across Oncology, Brachytherapy, Neurosurgery and Software.
Drive new business and expand existing accounts through clear, forward-looking sales plans.
Work closely with Marketing to deliver campaigns, events and materials that support commercial objectives.
Manage sales budgets and performance, ensuring strong pipeline visibility and delivery against targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors and internal teams to maximise market reach and customer satisfaction.
Partner with Service, Fulfilment and Product teams to ensure smooth delivery and feed market insights into future innovation.
Maintain accurate reporting on pipeline, orders and market activity, highlighting risks and opportunities to senior stakeholders.
Promote consistent use of systems, tools and processes to support effective operations and compliance.
Lead, coach and develop the team, creating a collaborative, high-performing environment aligned with company values.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations and internal policies, while driving continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a science, clinical, or business discipline (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 10 years in sales leadership roles, preferably within the medical device or capital-intensive sectors.
Proven track record of delivering against sales targets, ideally within medical devices or capital equipment.
Strong commercial judgement with a strategic mindset and the drive to identify and close opportunities.
Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build relationships across customers, partners and internal teams.
Experience leading and motivating cross-functional, international teams.
Good understanding of both direct and indirect sales models, including working with distributor networks.
Willingness to travel extensively across the cluster (up to 60%).
Able to travel to our Crawley, West Sussex facility and attend onsite on a regular basis to support collaboration and team engagement.
