Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Experience working in construction project management, estimating, or project
  • coordination.
  • Proficiency with Procore.
  • Proficiency with Bluebeam.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Estimating background or experience performing takeoffs.
  • Experience supporting commercial or residential construction projects.
  • Familiarity with construction contracts, drawings, specifications, and project controls.

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support our construction project management team. This role will assist with project setup, coordination, documentation, client communications, estimating support, and day-to-day project administration. The ideal candidate has prior construction industry experience and is proficient in Procore and Bluebeam.
