We partner with storytellers across the globe to bring unforgettable experiences to life, whether that's a creator uncovering hidden gems in Tokyo, showcasing the best of Dubai, or inspiring a spontaneous weekend escape in New York. As a Senior Associate, Creator Partnerships , you'll own campaigns from start to finish. From discovering the right creators and negotiating partnerships to briefing content, managing execution, reporting performance, and ensuring payments are processed smoothly, you'll be the driving force behind campaigns that inspire people to head out. This role is based in Bengaluru, so we are seeking candidates who are either local or open to relocating to the city. 🤩What makes this role special? From discovering emerging talent and negotiating partnerships to launching campaigns and measuring impact, you'll have end-to-end ownership rather than managing a small piece of the puzzle. Get a front-row seat to the creator economy. You'll work directly with creators, talent managers, and agencies across markets, building relationships, spotting opportunities, and helping bring compelling stories to life. Creativity meets commercial impact. You'll help bring exciting campaigns to life, but you'll also see the direct impact of your work on engagement, bookings, and business growth. Build the engine as we scale it. We're not looking for someone to simply run existing processes. You'll help shape the workflows, systems, and playbooks that power creator partnerships at scale. You'll partner with creators across the world while having the autonomy to make decisions, shape campaigns, and directly influence how we scale creator partnerships globally. 💝What skills & experience do you need? You can run with the ball. You have 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing creator or influencer marketing campaigns and are comfortable owning campaigns from sourcing through reporting. You're great with people. You know how to build strong relationships with creators, talent managers, and agencies while balancing business objectives, creator needs, and stakeholder expectations. You're commercially savvy. Negotiating rates, deliverables, usage rights, and partnership terms doesn't intimidate you. You know how to create win-win outcomes. You're equal parts creative and operational. You're comfortable reviewing creator content and providing feedback, while also managing timelines, approvals, deliverables, contracts, payments, and reporting with precision. You think in systems and outcomes. Whether it's campaign trackers, creator databases, reporting dashboards, or performance metrics, you bring structure to complexity and use data to improve future campaigns. You thrive in fast-paced environments. You can manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, coordinate across creators, agencies, legal, finance, content, and marketing teams, and keep projects moving forward under tight timelines.
