Clinic Support: Collaborative relationships support the providers during clinic by creating the AVS, scheduling appointments, and education of patient/family.
Requirements
Current license to practice nursing in Wisconsin.
Current CPR certification - Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers through American Heart or American Red Cross is required.
Associates degree in Nursing
Minimum of 2 years of Pediatric Nursing experience with the emphasis on managing patients with chronic and complex family and health needs.
Certifications/Licenses:
+ one of the following: - N/A, BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/National Safety Council, License RN-Registered Nurse (30) - State of Wisconsin, License RN-Registered Nurse (TN Compact) - State of Tennessee
