About the role

Material planning and inventory management. 物料计划和库存管理 Develop, maintain and implement material planning strategies for different product groups. 发展，维护，实施各个产品组的物料计划策略。 Daily material requirement planning based on forecasts, fixed orders and inventory strategies, etc. for ensuring material availability for production and demands from other areas meanwhile maintaining an efficient inventory level. 基于预测，订单和库存战略进行日常的物料规划计划。 -Analyze, report and handling of slow moving and obsolete inventory. 分析和报告并处理低流动性和报废物料。 Purchasing. 采购 Work closely with Sourcing and other relevant interfaces on supplier development, price negotiation, contract management and supplier performance management. 与战略采购和其他相关的部门合作进行供应商开发，价格谈判，合同管理和供应商业绩管理。 Conduct daily purchasing activities for both domestic and international purchase including PO issuing, delivery follow-up, invoicing handling, payment handling and claim handling, etc. 处理日常采购业务包括下单，跟单，发票处理，付款安排和不合格处理。 Optimize material acquisition cost and supply lead time on an ongoing basis. 持续优化采购成本和供应商交货期。 W hat you know ： Knowledge and skills: : Bachelor degree or above. 本科或以上 Good experience of purchasing in mechanical industry is preferred 机械加工工业采购背景 Good technical knowledge of mechanical products is preferred. 了解机械类产品。 Experience in international purchase is MUST. 有国际采购的经验。 Good English both orally and in writing is MUST. 英语读写流利。 Able to communicate with foreign project team independently is a MUST. 能够独立跟国外项目组对接。 Excellent in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel. 办公软件尤其是EXCEL应用流利。 Good background with ERP system. 了解熟悉ERP系统应用。 Attitude and Motivation : Good at team work and communication. 善于团队合作和沟通。 Flexible. 一定的灵活度 We care about diversity, inclusion and equity in our recruitment processes.
