  • Required Qualifications
  • Experience: 3-5 years of talent sourcing experience within a corporate infrastructure, agency, or high-growth tech environment.
  • Domain Knowledge: A proven track record of successfully sourcing corporate talent at all levels.
  • Tech Stack: Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem (or similar CRM tools), and Greenhouse ATS (or similar).
  • Data Fluency: Accustomed to working in a metrics-driven environment with daily/weekly pipeline milestones.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.

  • $85,000 - $115,000 USD
