Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering/ Business Administration or equivalent
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Able to collaborate with colleagues from different cultures and nationalities
Able to work reliably and effectively with minimal supervision
Familiar with process mapping and root cause analysis
Curious with AI exploration for workflow enhancement initiatives (Claude, MS 360, Copilot)
Prior knowledge on the semiconductor manufacturing process is an advantage
Possesses proactive mindset
Preferably with Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification
