About the role

Job Responsibilities: Welcome customers warmly and create a comfortable, engaging showroom environment. Represent the brand professionally through appearance, communication, and service. Maintain showroom presentation, vehicle readiness, and displays according to brand standards. Engage visitors proactively, understand their needs, and provide a positive customer experience. Collect customer details and interests for follow-up, and enter leads accurately into the CRM system. Support brand awareness through compelling content creation, social media platforms, and other promotional activities. Assist with daily showroom operations, including customer service, basic administration, and cashiering where required. Help manage showroom supplies, promotional materials, and inventory items. Gather customer feedback on their showroom experience and share insights with management. Take part in training, marketing events, roadshows, and other duties assigned to support business needs. Job Requirements: N/O levels/NITEC/Diploma in any discipline. 1 year experience in customer service/retail/sales. Posses strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiar with social media platforms and content creation. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Able to work on weekends. Must be comfortable to interact with customers.
