US Accountant - Real Estate Experience (Philippines)

As a Philippine-based US Accountant with real estate expertise, you'll support fast-growing US companies, brokerages, and CPA firms-turning chaos into order, and numbers into clarity. This is a full-time independent contractor role. Exclusivity is required-no part-time or freelance engagements after hire. You see accounting as a system: inputs tidy, flows efficient, outputs decision-ready. You'll manage end-to-end accounting operations for real estate clients-AP/AR, payroll, month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting. Along the way, you'll standardize workflows, implement SOPs, and help expedite client onboarding by resolving uncategorized transactions and reconciling HUDs, commissions, and balance sheets.
