What will you do? -Own the development, user experience, management, and growth of the Cloaked Pay suite -Define and implement internal operations and processes required to efficiently launch and run Cloaked Pay -Create and execute a concrete GTM strategy for a successful Cloaked Pay launch -Collect and analyze product data to continuously grow and adapt the product based off of consumer insights -Work closely with departments like Engineering, Marketing, Customer Service, and Regulatory Affairs to achieve broader company goals -Interface directly with customers to gather feedback and derive strategic decisions off of trends and data -Manage relationships with bank partners, attend vendor and partner meetings, and navigate regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and optimal collaboration -Foster a culture of creativity and experimentation within teams, encouraging innovative approaches to product development and problem-solving while -Communicate progress, challenges and timelines to key internal and external stakeholders What skills and experiences will help you? -Knowledge of payments and servicing fundamentals -A background in consumer-based SaaS product management in a startup -Track record of successful product scaling in the fintech industry -Data skills: Comfortable with SQL. Be able to identify, interpret, visualize, and improve metrics that drive business goals -Experience running experiments with GTM and growth strategies -Knowledge of ACH, Debit & Credit Card fundamentals -Plus points for knowledge of financial regulations -Experience dealing with fraud and building creative solutions -Be able to simulate and forecast different models to predict potential product outcomes -Understand the user acquisition journey and marketing journey What do we like? -A get-it-done mindset.
