A bit about your role The Fixed Wireless Site Asset Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, compliance, performance, and long-term optimisation of nbn's Fixed Wireless tower and ground assets. The role manages key maintenance programs such as tower repairs, vegetation management, fall arrest certification, and asset hardening to ensure infrastructure remains safe, reliable, and cost-effective. It also involves strong stakeholder and financial management, including working with internal teams, delivery partners, landowners, and managing maintenance budgets, invoices, and escalations. Additionally, the role drives governance, performance monitoring, audit compliance, and strategic planning initiatives to improve asset resilience, operational efficiency, and alignment with industry best practices. A bit about you The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of wireless telecommunications infrastructure, including site construction processes, mains power configurations, and access track construction and repairs. They will bring experience in supervising and managing mobile telecommunications site builds, along with sound financial acumen in invoice validation, approvals, and commercial processes. The role also requires strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, service providers, and delivery partners, as well as excellent attention to detail and organisational skills to manage drawings, legal documentation, financial records, and multiple priorities effectively.
