About the role
The People Business Partner supports the global People & Culture strategy and partners with Senior Management to drive People & Culture processes, ensure compliance, and develop pragmatic solutions. How you'll make impact Together with the other People Business Partners across the EMEA region, you will support People & Culture Team in the further development and implementation of the global P&C strategy as well as in the professionalization of strategic people management within the entire Zühlke Group. You act as a sparring partner for People Leaders in a wide range of operational and strategic P&C tasks, ensure that the applicable regulations and guidelines are implemented and develop pragmatic solutions together with the team and in close cooperation with the business. You like working across countries and find it exciting to support your internal stakeholders across the whole EMEA region. You are responsible for and proactively drive the annual P&C processes and develop them further. You are responsible for the further development and implementation of HR best practices and are actively involved in international and national (P&C) initiatives. What's Important To Us You have a degree in human resources, law, business administration or industrial/organizational psychology. Further HR-specific training is a plus. Solid knowledge of Portuguese labour law and experience representing People & Culture at country level. You have several years of relevant experience in a complex, challenging and international environment. Experience in the consulting/professional services environment and as a business partner is a distinct advantage. The focus of your work so far has been on strategic HR topics as well as on operational HR work and support tasks. You are characterized by a high level of business orientation and want to make a substantial contribution to the company's success with your work. You appreciate international cooperation in a challenging environment and enjoy active stakeholder management. Maintaining personal contact with your stakeholders is important to you, which is why you enjoy being on site at our office in Porto. You think analytically and coherently, are strong conceptually and in the implementation of solutions, and are characterized by a high level of assertiveness and persuasiveness. You have a good network and excellent communication skills. You are fluent in Portuguese as well as English.
