Responsibilities
- In this role, you will
- Drive objectives and encounters to advance the project's gameplay and in-game progression
- Deliver varied and scalable content across worlds to enhance design velocity as the project grows
- Quickly iterate on encounter and objective design elements while upholding the high Epic quality standards on a project of this scale
- Shape compelling and replayable experiences that align with Epic and Disney's long-term gameplay vision
Requirements
- Minimum of 4+ years' experience shipping multiple AAA titles as a game designer
- Proficiency in using major game engines (e.g., UE5)
- Visual scripting experience is a must
- Deep experience in PvPvE objective and encounter design, crucial for the project's evolving scope
- Demonstrated ability to improvise and creatively solve problems
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs
- This role is open to multiple locations in North America (including CA, NYC, & WA).

- $158,988 - $233,182 USD
