Cath lab experience required. Must have current cath lab experience and be comfortable with conscious and moderate sedation, airway management, and cardiac drips (for example Integrilin, dopamine, vasopressors).
Experience with coronary, vascular, peripheral, neuro intervention, general IR, and EP procedures preferred.
Experience working in a STEMI receiving facility preferred.
Cerner charting experience preferred.
Will not accept RCIS or CCT in lieu of ARRT/Fluoro.
No first-time travelers. Current hands-on procedural experience required.
Procedural environment: Experience with cardiac/coronary, vascular, peripheral, neuro, IR, and EP case types.
Work environment: Experience in a hospital cath lab, including STEMI receiving center preferred.
Systems: Cerner charting experience preferred.
Assignment Details
Facility Type: Hospital.
Primary Specialty: Cath Lab Tech.
Shift Name: Days. Shift pattern: 4x10.
Rotation: Every other week (EOW) schedule noted; call required.
Call requirement: Rotate call for inpatient and emergent cases, approximately 1x/week.
Weekend call: Approximately 1 weekend per month. Weekend call runs from Friday evening through Monday morning (subject to unit needs).
Case volume: Facility operates 5 suites and averages approximately 10-22 cases per day total.
Team model: Cases typically staffed with 2 techs (1 scrub, 1 monitor); RN provides conscious sedation; occasional fourth team member may be RN or tech. Lead Tech assigns rooms.
Agency provides traveler with radiation badge.
Assignment start: May 11, 2026 through August 10, 2026 (13-week assignment). Guaranteed hours: 40 hours per week. Orientation hours: 12.
Cancellation policy: Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts for a 13-week assignment. Hospital may pay full hours for a shift in lieu of cancellation.
