Responsibilities
- Day-to-day decisions on the existing platform. Change requests, configuration calls, prioritization trade-offs, customer escalations. You move independently on the calls you can make and loop in the Head of Product on the ones you cannot.
- Delivery from idea to production . JIRA hygiene, sprint rhythm, QA handoffs, release notes, customer-facing docs. We do not have a formal Scrum process today. You will help shape one with our CTO.
- Cross-team communication. You are the connective tissue between Engineering, Implementation, Support, Customer Success, and QA. You produce the release notes, decision summaries, and updates that keep everyone aligned.
- Customer conversations . You will talk to college staff regularly. The best product calls come from real workflow context, not dashboards.
