YOUR NEW ROLE As Area Manager , you will spend a heavier commitment of your time as an externally facing leader - advancing strategic initiatives in close alignment with peer Area Managers across Florida and neighboring states with shared accountability for the Transportation South Groups overall growth strategy. You will build strong, cross‑disciplinary partnerships with regional business development directors, technical discipline leaders and teaming partners to deliver an integrated, client‑focused approach across architecture, engineering, planning, design, and construction services. STV's Transportation portfolio in Central Florida spans highway and bridge design, transit, construction engineering and inspection (CEI), and advisory services, supporting long‑standing clients such as the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) and related local agencies. You will lead and advance a high‑performing Transportation team of project managers, engineers, planners, and construction leaders, while defining and executing growth strategies that expand revenue, strengthen market presence, and reinforce STV's talent brand across the region. WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: In this role, you will lead the strategic, operational, and financial performance of your region, overseeing client relationships, business development, growth strategy, market positioning, project delivery, operational efficiency , and the attraction, development and retention of top talent to ensure sustained business success.
