As the Regional Manager of Total Rewards for India, Middle East, and Africa, you will play a key role in shaping and optimizing our global Total Rewards strategy. You will partner with other Total Rewards leaders to design competitive compensation and benefits programs, support transformation initiatives, and ensure that our offerings attract, retain, and motivate top talent. Reporting to the VP, Total Rewards, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impactful changes in the total rewards space. As Regional Manager of Total Rewards for IMEA, YOU WILL: Partner with the Global Total Rewards COE to design and implement compensation and benefits programs that align with business goals and market trends. Support transformation initiatives related to total rewards, ensuring they are data-driven, agile, and aligned with evolving business needs. Collaborate with HR business partners and local leadership to align total rewards approaches and processes with the HR operating model and market best practices. Execute multi-year plans that support total rewards transformation efforts across HR and the broader business. Develop and deliver clear and concise communications regarding program changes. Educate HRBPs, managers, and employees on policies, guidelines, and program updates. Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging strategies. Benchmark programs against industry peers to ensure competitiveness and adjust as necessary. Leverage knowledge of regional cultural and economic trends to tailor Total Rewards strategies for the India, Middle East, and African markets. Lead communication efforts around changes to total rewards programs Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits programs. Partner with key vendors on benefits programs to ensure compliance and best practices. Assist in the administration and communication of employee wellbeing and benefits initiatives, including supporting the annual benefit renewal process and reviewing plan options. Utilize advanced data analytics tools and methodologies to guide decision-making and assess program effectiveness

Requirements

  • LOCATION:
  • This role is ideally based in Pune, India but offers hybrid/flexible work options. Candidates should be open to regular travel to company locations in the US and IMEA markets, (approximately 20% of time)
  • REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in total rewards
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data.
  • Fluent in English and Marathi .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and analytics tools.
  • PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
  • Experience in a large, global company or in total rewards consulting.
  • Familiarity with Workday HCM.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
