As an Commercial Property Manager/Administration Support Officer , you will support the end-to-end management of a well-established commercial property portfolio across the Dubbo region. Your responsibilities will span lease administration, rent reviews, maintenance coordination, arrears management, compliance reporting and client communications.
Working closely with a Senior Commercial Property Manager, you will provide essential operational and administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the portfolio. Responsibilities
As an Commercial Property Manager/Administration Support Officer you will:
Assist with lease administration and rent reviews
Coordinate repairs, maintenance and contractor scheduling
Manage tenant communications and respond to enquiries professionally
Support financial processes, including invoicing, arrears and recoverable outgoings
Prepare reports, maintain compliance records and update property files
Provide administrative and operational support to the Commercial Property Manager
About you
To succeed at Elders Commercial, you have:
Previous experience in Commercial Property, Property Management or Administration
Strong administration capabilities with the ability to interpret legislation
Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and have attention to detail
Ability to work both collaboratively as a team and autonomously
Current driver's licence and a certificate of registration (or willingness to obtain one)
