Support Flight Simulator Training Devices and Cabin Crew Training Devices, including attending maintenance calls, device setup, conversions, demos, and assisting during SFTs / PVCs, as well as performing snag clearance. Provide On‑the‑Job Training (OJT) to Simulator Technicians I and Simulator Technical Assistants. Create, improve, and update procedures and guidelines for routine technical tasks. Assist with recurrent updates of Nav DB, Terr DB, OIS & EFB Charts, Documents, and Performance Data, as well as IOS Lesson Plan uploads and troubleshooting. Maintain associated records in an up‑to‑date and accessible manner. Maintain, track, and request consumables and tools required for Preventive Maintenance Tasks and Daily Readiness. Support logistics duties including yearly inventories, store re‑arrangement, packing, and preparation for shipping. Perform housekeeping, administrative duties, and additional tasks in support of the technical services group as reasonably required. Comply with local and global CAE Environmental Health & Safety standards, instructions, and safe working procedures. Exercise duty of care for personal safety and the safety of others who may be affected by work activities.
