What are you working on? Genres: Puzzle, Casual, Word Games Platforms: Mobile, iOS, Android For which tasks (responsibilities)? Lead development team and ensure the successful delivery of projects within AI-driven development pipelines Conduct market research Analyze product metrics Based on this analysis, formulate product hypotheses and implement them together with the team What kind of professional are we looking for? Solid and successful experience in mobile gamedev as a Senior/Lead Game Designer, Producer/Product Manager ; casual/puzzle games development is a plus Experience working with a variety of AI tools and technologies, along with a strong interest in continuously developing expertise in the AI field. Solid knowledge of mobile games trends and features Solid knowledge of game/product design Strong analytical skills Exceptional organizational and work structuring skills Ability to analyze the market Knowledge of monetization trends English proficiency at B1 level or higher Russian fluent What are the conditions and bonuses?
