Real Estate - Capital Markets (Digital Infrastructure), Associate

Responsibilities

• The Associate will work on a wide range of transactions and responsibilities will typically include:
• Strategizing and providing analysis on optimal executions for acquisitions and refinancings
• Analyzing and tracking existing debt positions to identify accretive refinancing opportunities
• Modeling various executions across different types of financing for both construction and stabilized markets
• Negotiating financing terms and transactions
• Spearheading the execution and closing of transactions working closely alongside the acquisitions and asset management teams
• Leading the preparation of materials used to solicit bids from lenders on financings
• Maintaining close relationships with all financing partners across banks and various institutional lenders and investors

Requirements

• Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated, intelligent, and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. In addition to strong analytical and quantitative skills, the successful candidate should meet the following qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience across real estate, infrastructure, or adjacent sectors
• High proficiency of Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Be a collaborative team player
• Excellent attention to detail
• Highly motivated and diligent
• Contribute positively to the collegial atmosphere of the team
