Director Home Health

Responsibilities

• Ensure resident satisfaction through quality care and hospitality.
• Market home care and wellness programs to residents.
• Conduct resident assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Monitor resident conditions and update care plans as needed.
• Hire, train, mentor, and manage home care and nursing staff.
• Oversee compliance with all regulatory and policy requirements.
• Ensure 24/7 access to nursing and home care services.

Requirements

• Licensed Practical or Registered Nurse, as required by the state.
• Three years of experience as a nurse with two years' administrative/supervisory experience in home health or community health.
• Public Health Nursing certification, if required.
• Leadership experience in home care, nursing services, or healthcare management.
• Strong clinical knowledge and care planning expertise.
• Understanding of compliance, regulations, and policy development.
