The Job: Manage and maintain partnership-relate, campaign data within internal systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and timely updates Conduct regular data validation and reconciliation against source documents to uphold data integrity Identify and resolve data discrepancies in a proactive and efficient manner Ensure strict confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive business and partner information Prepare and generate regular reports to support partnership performance tracking and decision-making Develop and coordinate marketing collateral, including flyers, newsletters, and promotional materials, to support partnership initiatives Organize and maintain marketing and partnership documentation in both digital and physical formats for easy retrieval and audit purposes Provide administrative and operational support for partnership marketing activities, including campaign execution and coordination Assist in ad hoc projects and initiatives to support the overall partnership marketing strategy The Person: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related discipline 3-6 years of relevant experience in channel marketing or business support functions Strong attention to detail with high standards of data accuracy and integrity Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with data management systems Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Effective communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with internal stakeholders and external partners High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information sensitively Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment We offer 5-day work, 20-22 days annual leaves, excellent learning & development opportunities and an attractive package to the right candidate.
