About the role

The primary role of a Complex Claims Specialist is to analyze liability claim submissions for potential coverage, set adequate case reserves, promptly and professionally respond to inquiries from our customers and their brokers, and to proactively drive early resolution of claims arising from our commercial lines of insurance. This particular role will be focused on servicing claims and potential claims arising from our book of Cyber, Tech PL, Media and/or Crime professional liability lines of business.
