Job Description Missions principales Reporting & pilotage de la performance Construire et mettre à jour des tableaux de bord et reportings réguliers Suivre les KPI et indicateurs de performance Automatiser certains reportings et fiabiliser les données Produire des analyses chiffrées à destination des équipes opérationnelles et de la direction Créer des outils d'aide à la décision Analyse de données Collecter, consolider et analyser les données issues de différentes sources Identifier les tendances, écarts de performance et opportunités d'amélioration Formuler des recommandations concrètes et des plans d'actions Participer aux analyses ponctuelles liées à l'activité du réseau Gestion de projet & accompagnement du réseau Participer à des projets transverses liés à la performance et aux outils de pilotage Accompagner les agences dans l'utilisation des reportings et indicateurs Assurer un rôle de support et de coordination avec les équipes métiers Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des process et méthodes de suivi Profil recherché Formation Bac +3 à Bac +5 en Data, Business Analytics, Contrôle de gestion, Statistiques ou école de commerce avec spécialisation data Compétences techniques Anglais bonne maîtrise Bonne maîtrise d'Excel Connaissance de Power BI, Tableau ou autre outil de datavisualisation Aisance avec l'analyse de données et les indicateurs de performance Des connaissances SQL sont un plus Qualités personnelles Esprit analytique et rigueur Capacité à synthétiser et vulgariser les données Bon relationnel et sens du service Autonomie et force de proposition Capacité à travailler en transversal avec différents interlocuteurs We welcome and encourage applications from individuals of all backgrounds, experiences, and abilities, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender reassignment, nationality, sexual orientation, age, disability status, religion, or any other dimension of diversity.
