Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
2+ years of supply chain, forecasting, manufacturing, sourcing/procurement, or vendor management experience
Knowledge of writing and optimizing SQL queries in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
Experience providing and effectively communicating strategic and tactical recommendations based on data
Knowledge of methods for statistical inference (e.g. regression, experimental design, significance testing)
Experience with one or more analytics visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, QuickSight, MicroStrategy, PowerBI)
Experience with purchasing or inventory management in e-commerce or retail
3+ years of demand planning and forecasting experience
Experience within e-commerce or Retail fields
Experience utilizing AI to improve Demand planning and forecasting models
