- 2 Year / Associate Degree in engineering or equivalent years of job experience required.
- 4 Year / Bachelor Degree preferred.
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience in engineering required for level I.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in engineering required for level II.
- Basic CAD skills preferred.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Basic understanding of Lean concepts preferred.
