Business Development (Europe & US): Responsible for business development in the European and US markets, focusing on ecosystem partners and strategic accounts. Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies.
Ecosystem & Strategic Account Management: Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with key accounts, channel partners, system integrators, and educational ecosystem customers in Europe and the US. Drive in-depth local collaborations from multiple dimensions.
B2B Sales Lifecycle Management: Independently manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, solution demonstration, contract negotiation, to deal closure. Take full ownership of sales performance and market results.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, technology, and marketing teams at headquarters in Shanghai; collect and communicate customers' requirements to drive product and solution improvements.
Requirements
Experience: More than 3 years of experience in B2B business development, key account sales, or ecosystem partnership. Background in robotics, automation, AI, sensors, or related technology sectors preferred.
Market Knowledge: Familiar with European and US business culture and market dynamics; proven track record of successfully expanding overseas markets.
Language Skills: Fluent in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken) to communicate with internal stakeholders from HQ in China and customers in the European and US Markets.
Core Competencies: Highly self-motivated, results-driven, able to work independently under remote reporting structure and take full accountability for outcomes.

Existing network within the robotics ecosystem (e.g., channel partners, system integrators, universities).
Experience in strategic partnerships, ecosystem projects, or complex commercial negotiations.
Basic technical understanding of LiDAR, SLAM, or robotic operating systems.
