  • Your skills and experience will include:
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Tertiary qualification or relevant level of skill and knowledge gained through experience;
  • Experience leading enterprise scale transformation in logistics, transport, infrastructure or industrial environments;
  • Strong operational acumen with the ability to translate business challenges into practical transformation initiatives;
  • Ability to influence senior operational leaders and external stakeholders;
  • Proven experience improving operational flow, productivity or coordination outcomes;
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and shaping programs from early stage definition; and
  • Experience engaging vendors and managing commercial risk.

The role leads the program from early definition through to delivery and scale, ensuring measurable operational improvements and commercial outcomes are realised. It requires strong operational understanding and the ability to work across multiple functions to deliver outcomes in complex industrial or logistics environments.
