Job Summary:
Repsol is seeking a Manager, Development to advance utility-scale wind, solar, and energy storage projects in the Eastern U.S. from the project identification stage through start of construction. Candidates can expect to be assigned a more specific geographic focus based on their experience, interest, and the needs of the company.
The ideal candidate has direct experience with utility-scale onshore wind and solar development, including site screening, land acquisition, permitting, resource assessment, interconnection coordination, and construction-readiness activities. The candidate should be comfortable working independently in rural communities, negotiating with landowners and local stakeholders, and managing multiple development workstreams with limited supervision. Experience in wind development is strongly preferred.
This role reports to the Eastern Region Vice President and is part of Repsol's Eastern Region Development team. This is a hybrid position, with the Houston location encouraged but not required. Remote candidates should expect to travel to Houston at least quarterly to maintain connectivity to the broader team, in addition to project-related travel.
