Responsibilities
- Communicate with Distribution Manager regarding daily deliveries
- Maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor in the presence of customers
- Confirm all orders that are packed on the delivery vehicle and accurately mark the departure/arrival times on shipping manifest
- Complete necessary deliveries to internal and external dispensaries
- Confirm order accuracy with customers and verify order is consistent with invoice; count the inventory with the Store Manager or Inventory Manager
- Responsible for collecting accurate payments as needed. For external accounts, responsible for counting and verifying cash payments
- Obtain signatures on shipping manifest before departure of facility to verify receipt of product
- Pick up product from cultivation/manufacturing sites and bring back to the Distribution Center to count product prior to leaving the cultivation/manufacturer site, as well as count in the inventory with the Shipping/Receiving Associate during drop off
- Create efficient driving routes
- Responsible for maintenance of inventory and delivery vehicles
Requirements
- Must be 25+ years old
- Available to work Monday through Saturday
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
- Valid license with a clean driving record
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable in an ever-changing business environment
- Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs., with or without assistance
- Ability to climb, push, pull, stoop, grasp, walk, sit, stand, bend and reach for the duration of shift
- Requires manual dexterity to operate job related equipment
- Requires normal hearing range
