You will have the opportunity to: Support day-to-day café operations, including opening and closing procedures Maintain stock levels, including replenishment and stock rotation (FIFO) Assist with inventory control and minimise wastage Accurately process transactions using the POS system Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service Prepare and serve food and beverages in line with café standards Ensure quality presentation, portion control, and timely service Operate coffee machines and café equipment (training provided) Assist customers with menu selections and promote café offerings Address customer feedback professionally and escalate where required About you: Previous experience in a café, hospitality, or customer service role. Barista skills or willingness to be trained. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
