Drive new business growth by outbound prospecting, networking, qualifying, and closing UHNW client relationships
Serve as a subject matter resource on SPWS and UHNW client needs
Align clients to the most appropriate Schwab solutions
Connect clients to relationship structures across Private Wealth Services, Family Office, and Separate Account Network
Build strong partnerships with Wealth Consultants, Financial Consultants, and internal teams
Support SPWS growth through referrals, asset consolidation, and network development
Maintain focus on developing new UHNW opportunities

Experience advising UHNW clients and family offices
Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to drive new business independently and collaboratively
Knowledge and experience of UHNW planning (estate, tax, trusts, lending, complex assets)

Required Qualifications
10+ years of UHNW or family office/business development experience
2+ years of prospecting and building UHNW relationships
Series 7 and 66 licenses
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or related field
Requirements
MBA, CFP, CFA, CPA/PFS, or JD
Experience with complex UHNW needs
Established network of centers of influence
