You Will: Lead strategy and delivery for the region, managing and growing customer relationships to generate new business, renew existing accounts, and expand regional market presence. Drive rigorous sales goals and activity metrics, monitoring performance data to proactively address market threats and capitalize on emerging opportunities. Anticipate business challenges and create long-term, strategic solutions while communicating at a senior level to shape perspectives, gain commitment, and influence cross-functional priorities. Stay at the forefront of local industry trends, regulations, technological shifts, and competitive movements to provide actionable feedback for product evolution. Provide leadership across multiple teams, tracking pipelines, forecasting performance, and monitoring regional trends to achieve overall revenue goals. You Have: Recognized leadership capabilities with strong cross-functional expertise in territory sales and account management. 12-15 years of prior experience in business-to-business sales, regional account management, or the risk and compliance industry. Proven experience driving sales strategies, including through indirect revenue streams or resellers, to achieve territory growth. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
