Minimum of five years of experience as a tugboat captain, with expertise in various tug control and propulsion systems.
Fluency in English, both oral and written.
Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and best practices.
Proven experience in training and mentoring junior crew members or trainees.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to provide clear instructions and constructive feedback.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Completion of relevant e-learning courses such as "Training in the Workplace" and "Assessing in the Workplace."
Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations with calmness and efficiency.
