Turnaround Inspector

About the role

Location: Tuas Contract till July 2027 Minimum of 5 years of work experience in heat exchangers, pressure vessels, columns and piping inspection with previous shutdown / turnaround inspection experience. - Must have valid API 510. API 570 & Welding inspector certificates are an added advantage. - Able to review ITP and procedures related to equipment inspection and repair of piping / equipment. - Perform turnaround inspection of heat exchangers, vessel, reactor, columns & piping. - To write, prepare and submit final inspection reports inclusive of inspection data with photos, review of NDT reports, included inspection recommendation & findings appropriate for repair/replacement of equipment. - To handle the QA/QC inspection activities in workshop fabrication and site installation. - Good knowledge of NDT and Advanced NDT Methods - Knowledge of WPS/PQR and WQT tests. - Knowledge in codes like ASME & API.
