- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree (MBA, MPH, or equivalent) preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical market access, patient services, HUB
- operations, or a related access and reimbursement function.
- Direct experience managing HUB vendors, Copay Support programs, or Access & Reimbursement
- strategies strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting product launches or re-launches in an access and reimbursement capacity
- preferred.
- Proven ability to develop and implement scalable operational processes and workflows in a complex,
- multi-brand environment.
- Deep understanding of the U.S. payer landscape, reimbursement processes, and specialty pharmacy
- channels.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority and drive alignment
- across diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong financial acumen with proficiency in budget management, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication (oral, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
- deliver clear, persuasive recommendations to senior leadership.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed
- environment.
