- Min 6 months to Max 1.5 years of hands-on experience in international chat or international BPO
- Graduates or postgraduates from 2023, 2024 or 2025 batch will be preferred
- Flexibility to work in a 24*7 environment, including night shifts and on Indian festivals or holidays with weekly time off on rotational basis
- The ability to convey information in a simple and understandable way
