We are currently looking for an Associate Scientist, Mechanistic Pharmacology (cardiovascular, renal and hematology) to join our team in Schlieren. ZH. Key Tasks Execute hands-on development of human in vitro models and functional assays to support translational research programs. Generate high-quality data to characterize the mode of action of novel therapeutic candidates across cardiovascular, renal, and hematology indications. Independently perform cell culture and functional assay workflows with strong attention to scientific rigor, data quality, and reproducibility. Contribute to the design, optimization, and continuous improvement of experimental approaches and assay performance. Maintain accurate documentation of experimental work and support implementation of laboratory best practices and quality standards. Ensure compliance with laboratory safety procedures and contribute to a safe and well-organized working environment. Collaborate closely with other scientists across projects and functions, contributing to a highly interactive and team-oriented research environment.
