Ensure analytics design is proactively embedded in product planning, not retrofitted after launch.
Adobe Analytics & Adobe Launch Leadership
Lead hands-on Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch design and enablement, including: Event design and taxonomy
Data layer specifications
Tagging architecture and standards
Implementation validation and QA
Be accountable for analytics readiness at launch , ensuring digital data is accurate, complete, and decision-ready-not post-hoc reporting fixes.
Digital Data Collection & Implementation Partnership
Partner closely with Digital Engineering/MTS to drive implementation readiness while maintaining clear ownership of measurement outcomes.
Lead analytics validation in QA/UAT environments and perform release verification.
Serve as the point of accountability for digital measurement quality and completeness at release.
Enable scalable self-service reporting and journey-level analytics by ensuring: Well-modeled, analytics-ready clickstream data
Consistent, documented measurement standards
Datasets that support product, experience, and funnel analysis
Reduce dependency on ad hoc analyst support by improving data usability and clarity.
Data Quality, Governance & Measurement Judgment
Establish and maintain measurement standards, taxonomy, and documentation.
Implement ongoing data quality monitoring and validation processes.
Coach and mentor analysts on sound measurement judgment and analytics best practices.
Insight Generation & Product Impact
Analyze user behavior and product performance to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
Partner with product teams to design, analyze, and interpret A/B tests and experiments.
Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations that improve product features, user flows, and overall experience.
People Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product analysts.
Set expectations for analytical rigor, measurement integrity, and stakeholder partnership.
Job Requirements:
5+ years of experience in digital product analytics or related fields. Bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree a plus.
Hands-on, expert-level experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch (required, non-negotiable).
Proven experience defining and implementing digital measurement strategies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
Experience working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with self-service analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
Experience with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing.
Prior people leadership or team mentoring experience.
Work Location
This position is based at ALSAC's National Executive Office in Memphis, TN and is eligible for a hybrid work schedule.

Job Description
We are seeking a Manager, Product Analytics - Measurement Strategy & Self‑Service Analytics to lead digital measurement strategy across the full product lifecycle-from discovery and build through launch and continuous learning. This role is not a downstream reporting or dashboarding function. It is an embedded, hands-on measurement leadership role accountable for analytics readiness, data quality, and decision-grade insights at the moment of product launch.
This role sits within Enterprise Data & Intelligence (ED&I) and partners closely with Product, Engineering/MTS, Business Intelligence, and Marketing Technology teams to ensure that digital products launch with robust, well-governed, analytics-ready data.
