Establish a solid understanding of the sales operation in both direct and indirect RTMS . Understanding used to ensure rational prioritis ation and to maximise influence support mechanisms
Lead and support delivery wide variety of change projects and implementations , ensur ing robustness of multiple projects on Sky's evolution roadmap along with A d - h oc projects
Ensure the success, and smooth delivery of regular BAU change such as offer changes, huddle packs / support materials, and system changes
Support the growth of the Indirect sales channel throughout onboarding , launch and in life as and when required
Work closely with marketing teams to maximise impact of campaigns, including but not limited to, creatives, SMS / WhatsApp templates, flash sales , and campaign analysis
Foster design processes to ensure business processes are endorsed by support functions such as legal, quality & compliance, and system support
Requirements

Ability to work both independently and in a matrix organisation
Hold the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, being able to influence senior stakeholders , peers, and front-line operations
