Senior Analyst, Analytics

Responsibilities

• Data Management & Analysis: Source and compile data from multiple repositories while ensuring data quality and consistency.
• Advanced Querying: Write very good, complex SQL queries to manipulate large datasets with a strong understanding of ETL processes.
• Audience Targeting & Growth: Build sophisticated audience targeting lists specifically designed for email marketing and paid media campaigns.
• Funnel Optimization: Analyze and optimize marketing funnels, with a specific focus on email marketing performance and accelerating free-to-paid user conversions .
• Insights & Visualization: Conduct comprehensive, replicable analyses and design data visualizations that tell a compelling story, making complex insights clear to any audience.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, product, and sales teams across a 3+ year cross-functional career to understand complex business questions and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Stakeholder Presentation: Explain findings clearly, helping to prepare and deliver impactful presentations for peers, department partners, and stakeholders.
• Version Control & Best Practices: Maintain and manage code repositories utilizing GitHub while staying updated on industry trends, emerging methodologies, and technologies.
• Reporting Structure: Report directly to a Senior Manager.

Requirements

• Experience: 4+ years of industry experience working in analytics within a cross-functional environment .
• Proven experience working within a B2B business model D2C can be considered as well.
• Strong familiarity with email marketing strategies and optimizing free-to-paid conversion loops.
• Technical Skills: * Very good, advanced SQL skills (or other programming languages).
• Practical familiarity with version control systems, specifically GitHub .
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or PowerBI .
• Core Competencies: * Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and sharp analytical skills.
• Proven ability to visualize, interpret, and present data effectively to diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A team-oriented mindset with a highly collaborative spirit.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field such as Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• The annual salary range for this position is $78,000 - $126,500. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
