Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you. The Impact You'll Make in this Role Solventum Dental Solutions China marketing team is recruiting for an omnichannel marketer role in China. This role will play a pivotal role to support China Dental Solutions marketing leader, focusing on customer experience improvement strategy in both online and offline marketing and execution channels to trigger future growth. Here, you will make an impact by: Owns China omnichannel marketing strategy and marketing assets execution to further enhance customer experience Manages E2E online and offline omnichannel programs and always on activity, including digital platforms (i.e. social media platform such as Wechat) needs and content creation Drives customer-centric thinking to focus on customer experience improvements as an advocate for end-users across prioritized touchpoints to deliver a differentiated customer experience with Solventum brand Prioritizes, develops & executes omnichannel campaign design, digital enhancements and integrated marketing campaigns development and activation in sync with the portfolio marketing team Develops, cultivate and expand omnichannel marketing mindset and capabilities within the local business Creates cross functional marketing/go-to market and campaign programs to improve customer experience Conducts external analysis (e.g. trends, value chain, situation analysis, competitive intelligence) tied to portfolio strategy and commercial strategy for omnichannel touchpoints; build up capabilities and vendor pool to enable business growth Identifies, prioritizes and tracks omnichannel success measurements to regularly recap on how we perform against goals Co-set China digital marketing priorities for commercial execution and market shaping based on local portfolio strategy Co-create priorities for digital strategy and program support based on yearly marketing plan and business input/needs Defining actions to take with portfolio marketers to ensure digital marketing programs are driven that both immediately support growth of the portfolio as well as complement the direction of the rebranding strategy and activities Collaborates with GCA MarTech COE and global digital marketing to leverage platforms, tools and best practices Collaborates with marketers and select sales leader to cultivate and continuously improve customer digital experience Marketing updates: monthly portfolio tracking mechanism and report back to China marketing leader The Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Proven experience in digital marketing within the local China commercial organization, with expertise in working with product managers, portfolio teams to drive digital activation and promotional marketing Demonstrated capability to manage multiple project streams and cross functional workstreams Ability to navigate and select appropriate vendors to support customer experience pain points and needs to improve customer digital experience Demonstrated communication skills to collaborate with sales, channel teams (internal) and channel partners, customers (external) and joint calls with sales teams drive strateg
