Director, Architecture Information Security

About the role

Communicate and embody the culture, vision and overall direction of the information security architecture function Lead, guide and evaluate the work of a team of senior Information Security Architects across multiple technical domains Partner with senior leadership to define and implement the strategic roadmap for enterprise security architecture Oversee architecture review and approval processes, driving improvements to achieve timely, metrics-driven outcomes Manage and optimize a high-volume backlog of architecture requests through prioritization frameworks and process improvements Oversee the development, documentation and communication of security architecture standards, patterns and requirements Drive the development and implementation of a long-term security architecture vision that enables innovation across cloud, data, AI and emerging technologies Partner with enterprise architecture, engineering, and business teams to ensure security is embedded into solution design and delivery Influence and communicate effectively with executives and stakeholders across a multi-company environment Leverage data, metrics and automation (including AI-driven tools) to improve intake, triage and decision-making processes About you Rocket is a Detroit-based company made up of businesses that provide simple, fast and trusted digital solutions for complex transactions.
